Yes, I was not sure how to interpret this PREEMPT and SMP stuff... So, to you it is related to the fact that the kernel was compiled with PREEMPT and SMP ? I was pretty sure I didn't compile that in... Anyway, are there any counter indication with openmosix regarding the target architecture, meaning is it safe to activate P4 architecture or should I remain with i386 support ? I'll check my configuration and test again.
