Carl-
  Not a bug, it is the nature of the pid. It will change for every
application. The pid is referring to the proccess number of the
proccess that you want om to migrate/recall/check status of. As for
omkmigd there should never be a reason for it to get migrated. so the
changing pid should not be an issue.
