Hello,

Does kcomd monitor the availability of the neighbour?
I.e. if I poll the oM Map will I know which nodes are
active/up? Or just all nodes that have ever been?

Also, does the existence of kcomd bring about a
node-to-node message passing mechanism? Will keep
using my own IP based version if there isn't ...

Thanks,
