Aehm, no. Crashes are not expected behavior for most software. 2.6.17 is
still in pre-alpha. Try 2.4 kernels, please.

Subject: [Openmosix-Devel] Segfault on syscall

Hi,
I tried out the openmosix-2.6.17, 22 Dec release on 2 QEMU emulated nodes. I
have disabled preemption and SMP support in the OM kernel. A simple loop
program(long for loop, exits after a while) is able to migrate, but crashes
on syscall, I think even on sys_exit() or sleep(), to be precise, it
segfaults on the home node. Is this the expected behavior?
