I suggest that you stick with the original plan and location.  A big part of the meeting should be the planning for the next larger meeting which should be on the Internet.

Well if someone would let me don my MBA hat (yeah, I am a despicable MBA
person) we could do a standard SWOT and market placement analysis to figure
out where we are and where we could go. It may not be definitive since it
doesn't involve everyone that is available to the project, but it would be a
good start.
