Help with load.c

Sir,
 I wanted to understand and examine the "load balancing algorithm" used by
openMosix. For this I require to understand the "load.c" file and "balance.c"
file. Would someone be kind enough to forward to my mail a "commented"
version of these 2 files? or even post the commented versions of these files
for students like us to understand the code. Explaination of the functions
would be very handy!..
