Is a good Idea buy processor AMD Opeteron 64bits for a cluster openMosix?

Where I work they are going to buy a servant and I request its aid to them
so that they orient to me in which processor to choose, and if can be worked
with discs SATA

Please if they have links sites that have servers for clusters openmosix
helpe me with your caracteristcs.
