oops reporting?

Hi, A program that a user on our cluster compiled is causing openmosix oopses, is there a standard format I should use for reporting it? What sort of other information should I include? Running 2.4.26 with the openmosix patches on debian sarge, ksymoops is showing that it was an oops in openmosix. Thanks!
