True.  We also have problems with jobs migrating way too often, as a 
result we simply run everything locked on a particular node.

To me, it is absolutely not clear why processes really *really* like 
migrating (my personal record is one process with more than 70.000 
migrations).  I hope this problem will be fixed in 2.6.
