RE: General request for status on OM with K2.6

The status of 2.6 is that it kind of works but without proper userland tools
for automatic load balancing it's not going to be real useful to the wide
mass. 

We could use a hand or two in bringing the good start for the auto migration
tool to completion, even if we just round robin among nodes for every new
process created (if migrateable). 

We are not too far from having 2.6 being usable we just have to make one
final orchestrated effort.

  I know the main post was directed to Moshe, but given  the troubles in
getting the userlad tools done, I would say waiting on the 2.6 series is not
going to be your best use of time. People are working on getting userland
done, but it has proven to be a bigger issue than the in kernel stuff.
