Hi suman, I too faced the same problem when i installed the latest openmosix 2.6.25 beta. using an rpm. The installation was successful. But the initrd file was missing. There was a link to it, but the original file was missing. I too got the same kernel panic message. Are you able to solve the problem, if yes please let me know. Btw i shifted to 2.4.26 now.
