Ralph,

Unfortunately it's been about 9 months since I did it.  I may be forgetting 
something, but as I recall it was very simple with no errors.  I do not 
recall putting any other patches in.

I have a spare server around with 9.3 on it.  I'll try to repeat my same steps 
this weekend and will let you know what I find.
