Well, the version on unfreeze.net is really different, it adds the kcomd 
communication daemon, which is a good improvement, but still need to be 
"stabilised" (I am working on it).

BTW, the snarc git version does not work yet on x86_64

Yes sure, compile it with the debug support, then mount the debugfs :

mount -t debugfs debug_none /sys/kernel/debug

then go to /sys/kernel/debug/om and echo 3 in all files there, openmosix 
will be a lot more verbose (although the last released  version does not 
have much info yet ... the next version will really have more :) )
