Connection refused

Dear Users,

I have installed openmosix and openmosixview on 2 redhat 7.3 PCs with 
IPs 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.100.

When I run openmosixview I cannot make any changes at all on either IPs 
and I get that connection to that IP is refused...  I want to change the 
load on each machine but I cannot because of that message.

What have I done wrong?

Note, that I test oopenmosix and my processes migrate.
