Hi Hubert, Matt again, tested and applied all your patches for the next version of openMosixview now :)) thanks again .. just found one small issue. In the 20logdirectory.diff patch your are using /var/lib/openmosixview for the openMosixcollector and for the openMosixanalyzer /var/lib/openmosixcollector/current/ I adjusted this here to /var/lib/openmosixview for both applications and it works well after that. btw: welcome on the openMosixview "thanks" page ( http://www.openmosixview.com/thanks.html ) which now also has a place for contributions have a nice weekend, Matt On Freitag 28 November 2003 21:05, Hubert Chan wrote: > (Matt, there is now an extra patch to not use /tmp/nodes.tmp) > > I've put up all the patches that I've made so far at: > http://uw-dig.uwaterloo.ca/~hy3chan/patches/openmosixview/ > > Current patches are: > 20logdirectory: changes openmosixcollector's log directory to > /var/lib/openmosixview > 50monthplus1: adds 1 to the month in the date string generated in > openmosixcollector > 50nonodestmp: uses a pipe instead of /tmp/nodes.tmp to read the output > from mosctl > 50usesyslog: makes openmosixcollector daemon use syslog instead of > stdout for debugging info > 99debian: misc changes for our local build.
