FIFO (#ifdef RMTFB_REFCNT_FIX):
- Remove unused ssi_rmtfb_cli field in struct pipe_inode_info.  ssi_fifo_register() is a macro that tells fifo_open() to return immediately when the pipe is remote.  So the code path to set ssi_rmtfb_cli is skipped and free_pipe_info() is never traversed.
