CFS Token Architecture:
- Generate KERN_WARNING message if REVFUNC() fails in mhtok_giveback().
- Optimize away CFSTOK_XLOCKOWNED() test in cfstok_objrevoke(). CFSTOK_XLOCK is not held in cfstok_giveback() path.
