2.6.11 testing

Been doing some testing of Roger's 2.6.11 kernel.

In general it's working for me.

Failover with root on a shared disk works well.

As with 2.6.10 drbd doesn't work with 4KSTACKS.  I'll try and get some
stack traces today.

Drbd is giving me some problems - often if a potential initnode that is
not the current initnode goes down then all access to the root
filesystem hangs.  Roger - do you want me to look into this or is it
something you've already fixed?
