Initial Comment:
The current state of OpenSSI-1.9 (and 1.2?) is CFS clients break apart coalesced pages and makes a call per individual page.  At least in 1.9 this affects base VFS readahead and writeback performance over wire.

To increase CFS read/write throughput CFS should make one call per coalesced request.  I'm currently testing buffered CFS reads larger than one page, and later for writes as well.

J.Byrne suggests to add ICS pagevec support though I'm not too sure about backporting pagevec to OpenSSI-1.2, so ICS pagevec is a separate feature add (for ci-linux).

Done in SSI-1.9.  Now coalesced requests require only one CFS read/write
call.
