installing from cvs, problem with make fullkern

Hi,

Could someone please advice what I am doing wrong.

I cannot 'make fullkern'

Against 2.6.11 source I get:
kdb-common-ssi.patch, patch failed
make: *** [fullkern] Error 1

and against 2.6.10 sources I get:
cpufreq_multicore.patch, patch failed
make: *** [fullkern] Error 1
