Summary: OpenSSI/Debian can't login while a node is booting

Initial Comment:
If someone reboots one of our nodes then all attempts
to log in to the cluster while the node is booting get
a "please wait" message.

This is because bootmisc.sh is linked into /etc/rcSSI.d

I don't see why it's needed, so I've removed it.

(In bootmisc.sh we have:
if [ "$DELAYLOGIN" = yes ]
then
echo "System bootup in progress - please wait"
> /etc/nologin
fi)

# dpkg -S etc/rcSSI.d/S55bootmisc.sh
openssi-tools: /etc/rcSSI.d/S55bootmisc.sh
# dpkg -l openssi-tools

Fixed for 1.9,3 (removal of bootmisc.sh was a bit too much, we need some
of it's functions, so I've added a new file nodemisc.sh that gets run on
nodeup).

(fix in CVS).
