Summary: Function ship mount

Initial Comment:
When migrating an active filesystem in CFS the user is required to issue two commands on different nodes:
1. umount with specific options to freeze CFS at the node CFS is mounted.
2. mount at the node we want to migrate CFS to.

When function ship mount is implemented we can reduce the number of commands to migrate an active filesystem to:
1. mount -o remount at the node we want to migrate CFS to.
