Summary: nfs locks don't propagate to all nodes

Initial Comment:
locks made by nfs clients don't seen to be seen by all nodes in the cluster.

Locking between the nfs client and processes running on the nfs server node work, but other nodes in the cluster don't seem to see them, and the nfs client doesn't see locks taken by other OpenSSI nodes
