OpenSSI 1.9.6 preview based on Debian Lenny, kernel 2.6.14

I've updated the OpenSSI preview 1.9.6 kernel, based on Linux 2.6.14 to 
match current CVS.

As usual just do an apt-get update; apt-get upgrade to get the new version.

Please note that this is just a port of Roger Tsang's great work on the 
kernel to Linux 2.6.14, all kudos to him, any problems are probably due 
to my screwing up the merge.
