Well, it looks like some stuff that was in x86_64 port on OpenSSI stable 
(kernel 2.4) seems to have been forgotten.

For example in arch/x86_64/kernel/sys_x86_64.c there was some stuff for 
MAP_MIGRATE.

I'll try and see if some of this should be ported forward.
