take care of 3COM C2000 Gigabit NIC with oSSi-1.2 on Debian Sarge
because the sk98lin driver embedded by default in debian Sarge doesn't 
work at Gigabit.. i experimented very bad performance in late december
and i had to take the last driver version on the Net to solve this 
problem (see the archives list in Nov-Dec 2005)
