Ok, I changed drbd to use max 500k/s speed for sync. This definitely
helps on issue, but does not solve it. Bit more load on cluster, and
node2 crashes. 

For some readon drbd doesn't keep syncer rate on given 500k
defined in /etc/drbd.conf and given with 
'drbdsetup /dev/drbd/0 syncer -r 500'

After node2 booting up, rate is again in 10M. And node2 most likey
crashes. 

Haven't tested on real HW yet.
