if you are looking at only CI i would request you to look at code found here.

you can use the snapshot link to get a tar.gz of the source.  You
should be able to write kernel based cluster services using the code
above. It is same CI code you will find at ci-linux.sf.net with some
minor changes. So  you can follow the ci-linux.sf.net documentation.
