I am seeing the exact same problem. Installed FC3, installed OpenSSI 1.9.2 for 
FC3, rebooted, added a 2-nd node, booted second node using PXE, and
got on the second node console screen:
 
    reop_import_path: no such path: /cluster/node1/dev/console 

and then a hang.

I tried what Roger suggested, deleted (removing combined, kernel and initrd 
from /tftpboot and rerunning ssi-ksync), same problem.

I traced it down to the last line in linuxrc, when it runs /sbin/cluster-
config --initproc.
