OpenSSI 1.9.2 on FC3 some glitches (and suggested fixes)

Couple of minor things:
The ssi-addnode command reports 2 minor problems:
1) complains about ifcfg-lo not found in
the /cluster/nodetemplate/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts. Should be added.
2) mkinitrd complains if you have left the original FC3 initrd
in /etc/grub.conf, since that one does not have OpenSSI support.
It probably would be better in read_initrds() in cluster/lib/ssi_arch.pm
would only grep for initrd names with "ssi" in them from /etc/grub.conf.
Or better yet, ./install should remove the entry from grub.conf, as it is
impossible to boot the original FC3 once you install the OpenSSI tools.
