Check the Gentoo bugs, overlays, and portage. If you wanted to make your own, you'd need a USE flag in all of the affected packages that are in OpenSSI CVS, modified ebuilds for all of those packages to apply the correct patches to the correct versions, and a new kernel ebuild with the correct patches.
