Hi, What are the semantics of accessing a remote communication object, such as a message queue or an anonymous pipe, in OpenSSI? In other words, is there a cache and are its coherency properties relaxed or is it single-site semantics? In other words, is there a window of time after one process writes to the communication object when processes reading it get old data? In particular, is it the same if the read or write operation is interrupted by a signal? Regards, AK ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
