Re: OpenSSI features matrix

We all got the question right one way or another because OpenSSI
userspace utilities require porting.  What I wanted to get to was
whether OpenSSI is locked-in to one particular distro and clearly we
are not.  We have releases for Debian and RedHat distro's.  We'll not
use "distro agnostic" in the matrix to avoid confusion.
