Log of OpenSSI install on Debian Lenny

After the various problems people have been having installing OpenSSI on 
Debian Lenny I've retried it myself to see if it still works.

The good news is that the install worked more as less as expected.

One very strange thing is that this time the udev downgrade worked as 
expected.  I'm going to have to spend some time working out why it works 
now but didn't work before.

Here's the log.  I've had to gzip it to avoid Sourceforge message size 
limits.  I'll send an trimmed, commented version as another message.
