Not one big CPU.  One computer with lots of CPUs -- almost.  OpenSSI
lacks "shared memory".

I don't know, but if you email me off of the list, I'll be happy to
create an account for you on my very small OpenSSI cluster and you can
try it for yourself and see.

That depends.  Do these programs fork() or use threads?  If they
fork(), do they mmap() memory before they fork?

The answer may not be readily available.
