Here my port of the fedora.us apt for RHEL (using whitebox), but it should 
be compatible enough:
http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/3.0/RPMS.stable/

A problem though, there seems to be a shortage of apt-enabled RHEL 
repositories.  )-:
