Components not listed.

Hi all!
I think that's a easy question, but I don't know what
to do about it.

I added this line to my sources.list just to try a
"apt-get update" command because this is a functional
server (I used the browser to access it and 
it's just fine):

rpm [cncbr] ftp://ftp.tiscali.nl
pub/mirror/conectiva/atualizacoes/8/conectiva updates

But after using the "apt-get update", I receive this
messages:
