Hi:

Just getting started in looking at Smart. And got this:

[root@symbiont channels]# smart check
Loading cache...
Updating cache... ########################################
[100%]

Unsatisfied dependency: tetex-2.0.2-34.rhfc1.at@i386 conflicts with

Unsatisfied dependency: tetex-2.0.2-34.rhfc1.at@i386 conflicts with
tetex-2.0.2-34.rhfc1.at@i386

[root@symbiont channels]# rpm -q tetex
tetex-2.0.2-34.rhfc1.at
[root@symbiont channels]# apt-cache policy tetex
tetex:
  Installed: 2.0.2-34.rhfc1.at
  Candidate: 2.0.2-34.rhfc1.at
  Version Table:
 *** 2.0.2-34.rhfc1.at 0
        100 RPM Database
     2.0.2-21.2 0
        996 http://ayo.freshrpms.net fedora/linux/3/i386/updates pkglist
     2.0.2-21 0
        996 http://ayo.freshrpms.net fedora/linux/3/i386/core pkglist

Before I downgrade to the OS-provided tetex, is there anything to look
at to figure out why a package would conflict with itself?

apt-get check runs okay.

thanks,
