Hello everyone! After a long time due, I've just put a snapshot version of APT-RPM in the following URL: http://linux-br.conectiva.com.br/~niemeyer/apt-0.5.15cnc7_20050311a.tar.bz2 If there are no serious complaints about it, I'll be releasing it as 0.5.15cnc7 final.
