Installation

Alright this is probably a dumb question, but this one of the few
packages I tried to install that did not have an INSTALL file.  I have
done a ./configure and have satisfied the dependencies.  Now all I
need is to build the source.  What commands do I use to continue and
what options do I need.

Since the website is a little confusing I may have missed it in my
search for building docs.  If so point me in the right direction.
