Hi Jan, just wondering... have you (successfully) tinkered with Alon's approach to things? If so, please state your experiences. From what I've read about initramfs it's way more flexible (but still a myth of some sort regarding documentation) than the classic sticky initrd. Now, why I'm asking. I'd like to see a working example to include in the FAQ page. Be it initrd or initramfs related doesn't matter, really; just be as verbose as you possibly can. -- left blank, right bald
