Dazuko-PHP 0.42 released

Today, I have released dazuko 0.42.

The main changes are:
- fixed event_id counter
- fixed multi threaded api
- changed configure option --enable-dazuko to
--with-dazuko=/path/of/dazuko
- removed dynamic download
- added two php examples
- added README
