Is Dazuko going to hit windows XP soon?  I would like to use Dazuko
possibly to reimplement DigSig in userspace for Windows XP, because I
want something to laugh at.  Solving the world's virus problems in one
big, fast sweep using something that's been around for a year seems like
a good start.

I can probably do it by using a system service with greater than
administrative privileges; a client service that would allow the
administrator to control the service; libgpg; some portable C; and some
common sense.  I could also probably protect programs and libraries
being modified, asking if the changes should be rolled back afterwards
(just-in-time backup) or if the thing should be signed.

Obviously anything needing to allow bad execution needs authentication;
anything involving signing needs authentication; and access to the
program and the signature database needs to be restricted.  Utilizing
libclamav would also be nice ("This DLL was just modified.  Incidently,
a quick clamav scan shows a virus.  You should probably roll this
back.").  Aside from determining if a modification or a failed signature
verification is an actual threat, on-access AV scanning would be a good
option.
