Init_module hooking patch

F-Secure Client/Server Security products used to have a forked version of
dazuko that sported a hook for init_module system call. As discussed earlier,
John agreed to host the init_module hook as an unofficial patch to dazuko to
avoid forking the code base.

Our next version will now ship with the latest standard, official dazuko,
together with this patch, which is applied during installation:
