Linux Anti-Virus API Discussion

Hi,

This month a large discussion was started on the malware-list mailing
list. An official Linux API for anti-virus scanning is being
discussed.

Once I read through all the postings, I will post some feedback as
well. (I was on vacation for the last 2 weeks, so I have not been
involved yet.)

If you have particular security concerns or needs regarding this
