DazukoFS 3.1.3 released

Hi,

I have decided to move 3.1.3 to the latest stable release. There was
an issue reported for 3.1.2, which has not been followed:

It is not known if 3.1.3 also has this issue, but I assume it
does. Feedback, comments, and patches are welcome.
