How odd... The sizes didn't match, email [email protected]

Having run this command:

      $ sudo apt-get --no-download --ignore-missing install samba

output from previous command included:

      0,9131224
      How odd... The sizes didn't match, email [email protected]


Background leading up to this:
When another computer would not download packages without complaining about a previously available signature (which checks as good), even after trying to troubleshoot it including reinstalling the keyring, I decided to use another computer (the one on which the above error was reported) with apt-offline (and apt-get for the steps in which apt-offline failed seemingly due to bugs) to download a couple packages for that first machine, both having a similar install of antiX 17 (Debian stretch). Myself, not fully understanding the security model for apt, I decided to install the packages first on the same computer that was used for the download to confirm that these packages were considered safe. After adding a couple of dependencies that were needed for the internet connected machine, I ran the command at the top of this email resulting in the message instructing to email you.
