Bug#1106116: apt: German locale problem

For a quick fix, using "ENTFERNE:" instead of "ENTFERNUNG:" would be 
fine. For the rest of thread you probably know better what guidelines 
you follow. I think you've seen all mails from the thread in the bug, so 
if there is some suggestion you take from there, it's fine. Otherwise 
the simple fix is also enough for me.
