Bug#1106222: apt: Wrong french summary line before doing actions

  Hi,

  When using apt with the command line, in French, the Summary line before confirmation is wrongly formatted.
Example:
With LC_ALL=C:
Summary:
  Upgrading: 0, Installing: 0, Removing: 51, Not Upgrading: 0
  Freed space: 519 MB
With locale fr_FR.utf8
Sommaire :
  Mise à niveau de : 0. Installation de : 0Supprimé : 51. Non mis à jour : 0
  Espace libéré : 519 MB

I would expect something like:
Résumé :
  Mise à niveau : 0, Installation : 0, Supprimés : 51, Non mis à jour : 0

i.e.:
- wrong translation (Summary -> Sommaire)
- strange translation (Upgrading: -> Mise à niveau *de* :, ...)
- strange formatting (point after numbers instead of comma, no space before "Supprimé")
- grammatical error (plural for Supprimé when needed, probably the same for other. I did not check)

  Is there a l10n team that handle these kind of bugs? Do you want I dig into the sources to see if I can produce a patch?
