Bug#1108842: apt: removing cpp-14 compiler removes also the desktop environment

When I removing cpp-14 package which was a C compiler. It removes also the
core kde desktop environment

REMOVING:

When I check the cpp-14 package content. It's just a binary executuble.
There is no library files found. Could you fix this problem on uninstalling
compiler tools?


I'm using debian testing branch amd64
